Project Coordinator [Manufacturing/ Engineering] - North West- $2500 + AWS + VB - #1115008

Summary:

• Industry: Commercial & Industrial Vacuum Solutions

• Location: North West

• Basic Salary up to $2500 +AWS + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in monitoring day-to-day project operations and progress

• Ensure smooth handover and proper follow-up for incoming projects from the sales department

• Prepare project-related documentation such as cost sheets, estimates, and other required records

• Manage multiple projects independently and ensure timely updates on project status

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants from design stage to project handover

• Attend project-related meetings and check drawings to resolve discrepancies during design stage

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper scheduling, documentation, and supervision work

• Prepare progressive claims and other documentation required for project billing and closing

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors to support project execution

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent

• Relevant experience will have added advantage but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of waste management and pneumatic waste conveyance systems is an advantage
