Production Supervisor / Technical Team Leader (Semiconductor & Electrical) – MNC - #1114939

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a production team of 40–50 operators across 3 shifts or teams

• Plan, coordinate and monitor production schedules and output to meet quality and delivery standards

• Ensure proper training and guidance for team leads and technicians

• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues in collaboration with Engineering and Quality

• Drive continuous improvement, safety, and compliance on the production floor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related technical field

• Prior experience in supervising production teams in a semiconductor/electrical assembly environment

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, including Pivot Tables); strong leadership and communication skills
