Responsibilities

• Design and develop landed properties and residential houses from concept to completion.

• Prepare drawings and documentation (design development, construction, and tender) in compliance with URA guidelines.

• Create architectural concepts, layouts, and 2D/3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

• Propose suitable materials, finishes, and design solutions to meet client requirements.

• Work closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Candidate with 1 year experience in designing landed properties/houses in Singapore are welcome to apply.

• Strong in architecture, concepts & space planning is preferred.
