Job Scope:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students in the centre.

• Guide students with homework, revisions, and enrichment activities.

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate programmes, games, and learning activities.

• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

• Assist in daily operations, including attendance taking, meal supervision, and centre cleanliness.

• Communicate with parents and teachers regarding students’ progress or concerns.

• Support the lead teacher and management in administrative or ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in student care, tuition, or teaching is an advantage.

• Passionate about working with children and nurturing their growth.

• Patient, caring, and able to manage groups of students effectively.
