Key Responsibility :

• Plan and update menus, ensuring balance, health, and dietary needs.

• Supervise food preparation, quality, presentation, and recipe consistency.

• Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff while ensuring discipline and hygiene.

• Manage inventory, ordering, FIFO practices, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

• Oversee equipment care, handle minor issues, and ensure proper maintenance.

• Communicate with other departments, resolve kitchen problems, and mentor junior chefs.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of working experience in Chinese cuisine

• Must able to perform OT when needed
