City Energy (formerly known as City Gas) is Singapore’s sole piped town gas provider, supplying piped gas to 900,000 households and businesses island-wide. Today City Energy offers electric vehicle (EV) charging services and retails smart kitchen appliances and home solutions online, and at its showroom located at Plaza Singapura. As its tagline “Good Energy for our City” promises, City Energy is also exploring lower-carbon hydrogen as part of town gas production to lower carbon emissions. City Energy is a wholly owned subsidiary of Keppel Infrastructure Trust.
The Corporate and Marketing Communications department is looking for a creative, resourceful and energetic individual to join our department.
You should have a passion for storytelling and a knack for project management. Your experience in digital and social media management, and eye for aesthetics and details will be pivotal for the quality of each marketing or communications collateral. These would be developed in alignment with the business objectives; to drive awareness, change influence perceptions and adoption.

Key responsibilities:
Create and curate strategic social media content independently or with collaborators and social media agency, working with KOLs to enhance City Energy’s social media performance with well-crafted content and quality production.
Work closely with Business Units (BUs) to generate positive media mentions, influence perceptions and drive interest in our energy solutions and kitchen appliances.
Plan and executive sales campaigns, ensuring high quality marketing collaterals are ready and live ahead of the campaign to drive store traffic at Plaza Singapura and boost online sales on Shopee and Lazada.
Develop and maintain collaterals such as brochures and flyers, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all materials.
Organise and execute the company’s CSR activities.
Write and prepare internal & external stakeholder communications, such as letters, speeches, brochures, video scripting and reports. Compile reports, statistics, and presentations to track and communicate outcomes and insights.
Conduct media monitoring, process SAP transactions and any other related activities required to support the roll-out of marketing activity and campaigns.
Knowledge and Technical Skills:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or Mass Communications.
At least 3 years’ experience in corporate communications, or marketing communications.
Proficient in customer journey mapping, media buy, marcom process and outcomes measurement.
Ability to manage timelines and front conversations with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Adept at project planning and financial budgeting.
Prior experience in the energy industry is not required, but an appreciation for energy and sustainability topics will be helpful.
A sharp eye and keen aesthetic judgement to adhere to brand guidelines.
