• Position            : Assistant Project Manager (Architectural/A&A) – Up to $6000 + 1 - 3 months Bonus

• Location          : Office at Kranji | Various Project Sites

• Working hours  : 5.5 Days | Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm | Saturday 9am to 1pm 

• Salary (commensurate with experience)          : Up to $6,000 + 1 - 3 month Bonus + Incentives + Annual Leave + Medical Leave + Petrol Claimable + Transport Allowance

 Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise A&A works for retail/commercial projects from site takeover to handover.

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet aggressive schedules.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.

• Coordinate closely with designers, landlords, and clients for smooth approvals and inspections.

• Monitor site progress, quality control, and resolve issues on the spot.

• Oversee procurement, logistics, and material delivery to avoid delays.

• Prepare concise progress updates and ensure defect-free completion.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Construction, Civil, or related field.

• 5+ years’ experience in A&A, retail fit-outs, or commercial renovations.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Able to read and interpret detailed construction and M&E drawings.
