Senior Executive (Residency Ops) (5-Month Maternity Cover)

Location: Novena (Walking distance from MRT)
Salary: Up to $3,600/month
Duration: 5 months, with possible extension
Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Executive with experience in program management or coordination, preferably within healthcare. You will support the Programme Director in managing residency training programs for doctors pursuing postgraduate medical education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in program accreditation and overall management.

• Maintain a conducive educational environment for residents.

• Plan and coordinate resident recruitment and selection exercises.

• Support faculty appointment, training, and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in education administration or healthcare is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Resourceful, able to work independently, and a strong team player.
