Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the FM sector, including commercial, industrial, healthcare, and government clients.
Develop and implement short- and long-term business development strategies in line with company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as property developers, REITs, and managing agents.
Source, qualify, and follow up on leads through tenders, networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms.
Grow the client pipeline across IFM services, including cleaning, security, M&E (mechanical & electrical), landscaping, and pest control.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Lead and coordinate tender submissions for both public and private sector projects.
Work closely with operations, technical, pricing, and compliance teams to prepare competitive bids.
Ensure tender submissions meet all technical, commercial, and administrative requirements.
Carry out market research to monitor competitors, pricing, industry trends, and new technologies in the FM sector.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial).
At least 6–8 years’ experience in IFM or related sectors (facilities, maintenance contracts, or services), with proven success in tendering, bids, and client management.
Strong experience in team leadership, large contract negotiation, and strategic account management.
Good knowledge of FM services and industry developments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM and proposal management tools.
Strong commercial awareness with strategic thinking skills.
Team player with good project management abilities.
Tier 2 Facilities Management (CMFE) certification is required.
