Our client is seeking a Property Executive to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Facilities oversight: Ensure performance standards are met according to client contracts for various facilities management services.

• Maintenance coordination: Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance, pest control, and horticulture services through appointed contractors.

• Quality assurance: Conduct weekly meetings with cleaning staff and perform inspections to maintain high cleaning standards.

• Performance management: Monitor and deliver on Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) key performance indicators.

• Incident analysis: Investigate reported incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.

• Event coordination: Manage logistics, obtain quotations, and handle invoicing for meetings and events.

• Reporting: Prepare and consolidate monthly reports to track performance and progress.

• Adaptability: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor to support team goals.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational background: Candidates with a Diploma in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management are preferred.

• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Integrated Facilities Management.

• Flexibility: Required to take 7 minutes ferry to work location from Punggol Point Jetty.

• Self-motivation: Proactive and independent, capable of working with minimal supervision and performing under pressure.

• Technical proficiency: Competent in using Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation.
