Our client is seeking a Planner / Assistant Planner to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Customer Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling inquiries professionally and ensuring high satisfaction.

• Supply Chain Communication: Provide regular updates to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.

• Performance Analysis: Analyze supply chain metrics and support root cause analysis to improve overall performance.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency.

• Schedule Monitoring: Ensure production schedules align with customer delivery requirements.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Degree holders in Supply Chain Management are preferred, but candidates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

• Experience Level: At least 2 years of relevant experience or candidates with no prior experience and relevant education are welcomed to apply

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively interact with customers and team members.

• Analytical Proficiency: Good analysis skills to interpret supply chain data and make informed decisions.
