We are hiring an experienced HR & Admin Manager to handle full-spectrum HR functions including payroll, policy implementation, compliance, and reporting. This role also oversees office administration, dormitory management, IT support coordination, insurance/license renewals, and company events. Ideal for a hands-on, organized professional with strong HR and multi-functional operations experience.
Location: West (Clementi)
Working days: 5 days
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
1) Human Resources (HR) Management
Oversee full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current regulations and best practices.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, workplace safety standards, and FEDA requirements.
Manage HR reporting and documentation for audits and internal governance.
2) Administrative & Corporate Support
Supervise office administration including procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
Manage dormitory accommodation for staff, ensuring proper upkeep and compliance.
Coordinate with IT support for systems and equipment, acting as the liaison between internal teams and external providers.
Oversee renewal of insurance policies, company licenses, and other statutory requirements.
Plan and execute company events, employee engagement activities, and welfare initiatives.
3) Team Management
Supervise and mentor the HR and Admin Team
Provide guidance, set KPIs, and ensure smooth daily operations of the HR and Admin team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR and administrative, and managerial or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of local employment laws, HR practices, and compliance standards (including FEDA and workplace safety).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
