Responsibility
In charge of order processing
Follow up on collection of cash from driver
Record monthly Cash sales
Taking orders (phone, emails etc)
Facilitate Delivery orders
Attending to complaints and enquiries from customers
Filing documents
Answer the phone
Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks
Writing Sales report and incident report
Calling customers
Retrieve order from supplier portal
Coordinate with Modern Trade Department on supermarket delivery and arrange return goods from supermarket
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Required language(s): English & Mandarin as most of our customers are Mandarin speaking when you answering of phone calls.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as well.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Basic Computer skill
Good communication skill
Able to do multiple task
Positive and willing to learn
