Our client is seeking a Property Manager (Commercial Buildings) to join their team!

Join our client's team as a Property Manager and oversee multiple shopping malls in the Northwest region. This role offers a chance to develop your leadership skills, manage diverse stakeholders, and contribute to the success of prominent retail spaces.

What you'll be doing?

• Team Leadership: Supervise a team of property officers, technicians, and admin personnel, overseeing daily operations in the shopping malls.

• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with contractors, implement improvement works, and address client feedback and service requests.

• Tenancy and Lease Management: Handle matters related to tenancy agreements, advertising, and promotions management.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive management reports to the client.

• Multi-site Management: Oversee operations across four sites in the North-West region.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Degree in Real Estate, Business/Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, or Project and Facilities Management.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience leading a team in commercial property management, or 10 years of managerial experience in facilities management.

• Certification: Fire Safety Manager certification is required.

• Flexibility in travelling to various sites

• Customer-Focused: Service-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality property management.
