Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Planning – Drive long-term financial planning aligned with overall business strategy.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Financial Modeling – Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Reporting & Analysis – Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with variance and KPI analysis.
• Executive Insights – Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with business units to ensure financial alignment and impact.
• Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies; identify and mitigate financial risks.
• External Stakeholder Management – Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Treasury & Cash Flow – Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and optimize cash returns.
• Accounting Operations – Oversee group consolidation, ERP support, M&A activities, and daily finance operations.
• Tax Strategy – Provide tax advisory, manage transfer pricing compliance, and evaluate tax incentives and implications for business activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting & Finance
• Over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial management
• Willing to travel overseas (2-3 times / year)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP, and local tax laws
• Working experience in fast paced MNC
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with HQ in China (both written and spoken)
• Experience in using SAP will be advantageous
• CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification preferred
