Job Summary: Join our team as a Sales Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and driving sales in the marine vessel industry.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on client retention (90%) and new client acquisition (10%).
• Attend to customer correspondence, queries, and complaints promptly via email, phone calls, and customer visits.
• Conduct sales activities at shipbuilding yards.
• Deliver and collect items to/from clients' vessels.
• Handle inquiries, issue worksheets, invoices, and all other documents related to your account, including payment monitoring.
• Monitor incoming items, repair status at the workshop, vessel schedules for delivery, and other related tasks.
• Perform data entry using Excel.
• Liaise with relevant departments such as Production, Operations, and Purchasing to ensure smooth progress of items under reconditioning and those for delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license to deliver/collect items using the company's car.
• Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
• Experience in the marine vessel-related industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of metal or mechanical engineering is an added advantage.
