Clinic Assistant (Kranji Close) - #1114469

Candidates must be prepared to work at a Medical Centre for Migrant Workers based in Kranji.

The Job

• Register patients after verifying their identities.

• Schedule and follow up on appointments for patients at Public Health Institutions (PHIs).

• Perform billing and collect payment from patients.

• Hand over cash float and tally takings at the end of each work Shift.

• Update, scan and upload vetted medical examination reports of patients to applicable medical records portals.

• Monitor and replenish non-clinical consumables inventory regularly.

• Do crowd control and simple triaging.

• Ensure clinic is ready for next day’s operations by checking that rooms and counters are tidy, and that non-clinical consumables are replenished.

• Travel to different sites to support Operations on short notice, when required.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

The Person

• Willing to interact with male migrant workers of south-Asian origin.

• Completed Secondary education.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer-facing roles. 

• Good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Team player.
