Responsibilities
Fundraising Events Management and Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute major fundraising events and campaigns (e.g. charity concerts, charity golf, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and volunteers to ensure smooth operations, timely deliverables, and achievement of fundraising targets.Strategic Partnerships and Donor Cultivation
Support the implementation of KWSH’s strategic plan to identify, cultivate, and enhance relationships with corporate and community partners. This includes conducting research, developing outreach strategies, and coordinating engagement efforts to foster meaningful connections and garner potential new donors annually.Day-to-Day Fundraising Operations
Manage routine fundraising activities such as donor database updates, pledge tracking, acknowledgement letters, and reporting. Work closely with colleagues to develop fundraising materials, sponsorship proposals, and stewardship processes that maintain donor confidence and maximise contributions.Community Outreach and Engagement
Foster awareness of KWSH through outreach efforts, networking, and engagement to optimise programme participation and impact. Represent KWSH at community events, coordinate outreach activities, and leverage various communication channels to promote the organisation’s mission and initiatives.Additional Contributions
Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Head of Department, contributing to the overall success of the department and organisation.
Perform any other matters as requested by management.
Requirement
A recognised Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience in fundraising, events management, corporate partnerships, or community outreach within the non-profit or healthcare sector will be a distinct advantage.
Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools or social media for outreach and promotion.
Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hour
5-day work week (Monday to Friday): Office hours
