Responsibilities:

• Execute strategic sales plans to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and marketing initiatives.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to present solutions and build rapport.
• Follow up diligently on leads and negotiate effectively to secure sustainable partnerships.
• Provide timely insights on market trends, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to achieve business objectives.
• Travel regularly to Malaysia and occasionally to the Philippines for client engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B service environment.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese language for liaising with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a consultative approach to client management.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Malaysia and occasionally to the Philippines.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage
