Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading player in the high-tech manufacturing sector, for the position of Systems Analyst.

In this role, you will be involved in both IT project implementation and operational support, working closely with business users, customers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of shopfloor and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in IT project implementation for shopfloor/MES and NPI-related initiatives.

• Attend NPI project meetings to handle IT requirements and stakeholder communications.

• Gather and evaluate user requirements, converting them into IT functional specifications.

• Coordinate with internal business groups, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams for smooth project execution.

• Define and review test cases, identify bugs, and perform root cause analysis.

• Support UAT, quality control, and IT process improvements.

• Track project progress and system enhancements with PMO.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• 1–3 years’ experience in IT systems analysis, functional specification drafting, and project implementation.

• Familiar with manufacturing processes or IT project implementation in MES/Shopfloor systems.

• Proficient in SQL and RDBMS scripts; understanding of Java/.NET frameworks is an advantage.

• Knowledge of SDLC, with basic coding skills preferred.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
