BCD Device Senior/Principal Engineer - #1112940

Our client is a leading global semiconductor foundry providing advanced IC manufacturing services.

Position: BCD Device Senior/Principal Engineer

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: Normal Office Hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Dealing with consumer and automotive customers to understand all BCD active and passive devices and their feature requirements

• BCD technology related all active and passive device P-cell layout generation

• Working closely with Modelling team to get models developed to satisfy customer’s application specific needs.

• Work closely with PDK teams to implement all necessary application specific device features in the PDK and close the loop/Technical communication with customers

• Based on customers’ needs enhance BCD device performance and features

Education Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Physics, with a strong foundation in semiconductor device physics, power device applications, and device reliability OR

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering with 8+ years of experience in BCD device development.

Experience Requirements:

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience (for Master's/PhD holders), or 8+ years (for Bachelor’s holders) in developing BCD devices from scratch, targeting both consumer and automotive-grade applications.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of DMOS and low-voltage analog device layout, device characterization, enablement features, and application requirements.
