Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
Alternate Saturday, 8.30am to 1pm

Remuneration Package:

• Basic up to S$10,000

• Transport Allowance S$800

• Mobile Allowance S$70

• Variable Bonus

Job Description:
Primary Roles:

• Oversee planning and execution of construction projects.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule project activities; coordinate resources and team members.

• Manage project budgets, costs, and contracts.

• Monitor project progress and resolve issues on-site.

• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance.

• Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.

• Lead project teams and ensure smooth project closeout.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field

• PMP Certified

• 7–10 years’ experience handling local projects

• Must have own car for site travel
