What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by connecting customers with our client's trusted General Insurance products. You’ll be engaging directly with clients over the phone, helping them find the coverage that meets their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Achieving sales targets and campaign KPIs (including call quality and operational standards)

• Making outbound telemarketing calls to existing and prospective customers

• Demonstrating clear product knowledge and professionalism

• Cross-selling and up-selling relevant insurance products

• Converting company-generated leads into successful sales

• Maintaining accurate customer data and records

• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Comprehensive training will be provided

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level

• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or financial services is preferred

• Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, HI) are a plus

Skills & Attributes:

• Proficient in spoken English

• Confident and persuasive communicator

• Resilient and able to handle objections or rejection

• Comfortable making outbound calls

• Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
