Survey Operations Officer (UAT Application Support)

Duration: 6 Months Contract, Extendable by another 6 Months

Work Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT

Working Hours: Mon - Thurs (8.30AM - 6.00PM), Fridays (8.30AM - 5.30PM)

Key Responsibilities:  
• Conduct detailed testing and documentation for surveys and incident management before deployment to production
• Provide technical support to address queries and issues related to survey application system
• Coordinate with vendors to report defects and support the roll-out of fixes and new features
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting procedures and solutions
• Track incidents and update on the status and progress of the fixes 
• Perform quality assurance activities, including UAT testing for defect fixes and new features
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose enhancements to prevent recurring issues
• Conduct post-deployment and post-maintenance testing
