Position : Academic Teacher Manager
Working Location : Outlet Rotation + HQ AMK
Working Schedule : 4 weekdays (12:00–9:00 PM) and 1 weekend (9:00 AM–6:30 PM)
Basic Salary : $5500 to $8000

Key Responsibilities
Teacher Performance & Development

• Conduct regular classroom observations to evaluate teaching quality and provide constructive feedback.

• Design and oversee professional development programmes to enhance pedagogy and classroom management.

• Mentor teachers, especially new hires, to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.

• Lead the teacher appraisal process, including setting performance standards and reviewing outcomes.
  
  Quality Assurance & Discipline

• Ensure consistent teaching standards across all subjects and outlets.

• Address teacher discipline, attendance, and professionalism matters promptly and fairly.

• Collect and analyse feedback from students and parents to identify areas for improvement.

• Implement systems to monitor and improve student engagement and teaching effectiveness.
  
  
  People Leadership

• Act as the primary point of contact for teacher-related matters, including welfare and grievances.

• Foster a collaborative and supportive teaching environment.

• Recognise and reward teaching excellence.

• Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professionalism.
  
  
  Collaboration with Curriculum Committee

• Share classroom insights to support curriculum improvements.

• Ensure teaching practices align with curriculum goals and assessment standards.

• Partner with curriculum leads to introduce new teaching strategies or resources.
  

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Education or Relevant Field

• 1-2 Years Experience in managing teachers and required duties
