Operations Executive (Events & Training) – 1-Year Temp

Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to S$2,700

About the Role:
We are looking for an Operations Executive to support the planning and execution of corporate training and events. You will help ensure smooth operations, manage logistics, support onsite sessions, handle procurement, and oversee registration and funding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily setup of training rooms, including AV equipment, room layout, and signage

• Manage food and beverage arrangements for sessions

• Welcome participants, distribute materials, and provide onsite support

• Prepare training materials, track attendance, and manage daily logistical operations

Who You Are:

• Highly organised and detail-oriented

• Creative and proactive problem solver

• Strong communicator and team player

• Service-oriented with a focus on participant experience

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITE or Polytechnic diploma holder, or related

• 1–5 years of work experience

• Experience in training administration, events, or professional services is a plus
