Customer Service & Billing Assistant Manager (3PL) - #1114315

Job Info:

• Basic salary up to $4,300 + Variable Bonus

• 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturdays off); regular office hours

• Located in the West region, with company transport provided from Jurong East

• Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Company; MNC

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager in implementing strategies to improve customer service and billing efficiency.

• Lead and supervise the customer service team.

• Drive changes to meet quality standards and contractual KPIs.

• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate and timely responses, and maintain strong relationships.

• Manage key operational processes to ensure smooth execution.

• Prepare and analyze reports on service and billing performance.

• Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement WMS and SAP process changes.

• Assist with monthly accruals and billing activities, ensuring KPIs are achieved.

• Monitor debtor aging and recommend recovery actions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in customer service or shipping documentation within a 3PL environment.

• Hands-on experience with TradeNet and customs procedures.

• Proficiency in WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
