As a Channel Sales Executive at DJI Singapore, you will manage key accounts and distributor/retail partners, driving sales, supporting business operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will play a key role in expanding DJI’s presence by developing new clients and maintaining strong partner relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Key Account Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and large B2B customers.

    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.

    • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to management.

  2. Channel & Partner Management

    • Support DJI’s distributor and retail partner network, including pricing, promotions, and sales targets.

    • Monitor partner performance, inventory levels, and sales trends.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues and improve operational efficiency.

  3. Sales & Business Development

    • Actively develop new clients and expand business opportunities within key accounts and channel partners.

    • Assist in product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotions to drive sales growth.

    • Provide feedback to headquarters on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

  4. Operational Support & Reporting

    • Track sales, inventory, and product performance data for both B2B and channel clients.

    • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and analyses to support business decisions.

    • Support ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager, ensuring smooth business operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or channel/partner management; experience in consumer electronics or drones is a plus.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with experience in sales reporting and data tracking.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • English fluent; Mandarin/Chinese slightly fluent and comfortable in a Chinese-speaking environment.
