Job Summary

Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities

• Manage import and export operations for cold chain shipments, ensuring compliance with temperature and handling requirements.

• Prepare and cut Air Waybills (AWB) and other shipping documents for airfreight.

• Coordinate with customers, airlines, and freight forwarders to ensure timely cargo movement.

• Handle customer service inquiries and provide effective solutions to shipment issues.

• Monitor and maintain service standards for cold chain operations.
