Job Responsibilities:
Report directly to Design & Project Director
Assist Director/Project Manager in managing Bakery Division Projects.
Assist Director/Project Manager in upkeeping Bakery Division Concepts.
Coordinating between outlets'/service providers for incoming tenants' setup.
Liaising with landlord for stall setting up/ R&M matter.
Coordinating with Service providers to obtain maintenance and service reports to Landlord as and when required.
Coordinating between outlets'/service team in R&M matter.
Assist in supervision of our sub-contractors.
Other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
Professional certificate/NITEC in interior design/ Engineering (Mechanical)/ Engineering/ Electrical/ Electronic or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience.
Personal Attributes:
Able to work independently and perform under pressure.
Good organizational and problem solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive work attitude.
