Responsibilities:

• Reports to Project Director & Project Manager

• Project Management & supervising the Works

• Oversee and manage architectural elements of construction projects from inception to completion

• Ensure that architectural designs are implemented according to plans, specifications, and quality standards

• Coordinate with project manager and site team to schedule and plan activities, ensuring timelines are adhered to

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations

Requirements:

· Possess a recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent with a minimum 3 years post-graduate experience

· Degree shall be from accepted universities by BCA/PEB/BOA
