Job Descriptions:
1. Participate in the development of core capabilities for the advertising system, including AI infrastructure, machine learning and recommendation algorithms, to enhance ad recommendation effectiveness. Analyze foundational data, uncover user interests, and improve the prediction capabilities of the advertising system.
2. Contribute to the design of game-theoretic mechanisms for ad bidding, and optimize bidding environments to maximize traffic value and improve monetization.
3. Engage in the optimization of ad engine mechanisms, including bidding ranking, cold-start strategies, and intelligent bidding systems to improve ad campaign performance.
4. Research cutting-edge AI technologies such as AI Agent, NLP, LLM, Computer Vision, and Generative AI to precisely interpret, generate, and review ad creatives. Build interactive marketing capabilities through in-depth understanding of user intent to enhance ad experiences.
5. Collaborate with product and operations teams to iteratively refine recommendation algorithms and strategic mechanisms through A/B testing, improving advertiser ROI, operational efficiency, and user experience.
Qualifications:
1. Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
2. Strong theoretical foundation in data structures and algorithm, with expertise in one or more of the following: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, Big Data Analysis, Distributed Computing, Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, Game Theory, or Operations Research.
3. Proficient programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or SQL, with hands-on experience in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
4. 1~3 years of in-depth academic research or industrial project experience in one or more technical directions is preferred, including programmatic advertising, recommendation systems, bidding mechanisms, generative AI, search engines, AI Agent, or AIGC.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze and identify root causes from large and complex business data, and propose effective solutions.
6. A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, recommendation algorithms, mechanism design, and generative AI applications in advertising.
7. Strong independent thinking, excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork abilities.
