Singaporean only Logistics Coordinator (sea freight/permit declaration) - #1114236

Responsibilities:

·        Check schedule & place booking with carrier, co-loader or relevant team.

·        Create job file in the system or send to relevant team when received new booking from customers.

·        Check booking details in system when job file has created & send booking to customers.

·        Submit DG details/PM4 to carrier/co-loader/relevant team for DG application.

·        Arrange cargo collection/container delivery to/from allocated premises.

·        Monitor vessel schedule and inform customers if vessel delay or bring forward.

·        Look for the alternative schedule to meet customer’s requirement if necessary.

·        Handle full spectrum of sea freight shipping documents (E.g, permits, BL, Shipping Certs, COO & PL).

·        Arrange payment voucher depending on tender and supplier.

·        Submit bank docs as per request & also VDP for every Bulk shipment with AA DG products.

·        Support team members should there be any absence.

·        Resolving operational matters.

·        Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

·        Possess permit declarant cert/permit declaration experience

·        Experience in full spectrum of sea freight shipping documents (E.g, permits, BL, Shipping Certs, COO & PL). Have experience in Shipping booking with carrier, can submit DG declaration.

·        Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently

·        Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

·        Customer Service oriented
