Responsibilities:

• Support the project team in procuring equipment, materials, and services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.

• Prepare purchase orders and related procurement documentation.

• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, quotations, and negotiations.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with project requirements.

• Assist in managing and maintaining positive supplier relationships.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.

• Research and evaluate potential suppliers, products, and market trends.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in the semiconductor / Construction industry.

• Fluent in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills.
