About the role

Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Woodlands North Region. As a fulltime Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, from planning and coordination to final execution

• Liaise with clients, architects, Internal Team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and align expectations

• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion

• Coordinate and manage the work of our skilled team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient collaboration

• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement effective strategies to address challenges

• Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns

• Collaborate with the wider project management team to share best practices and continuously improve our processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction or Interior Work .

• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within defined timelines and budgets

• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry regulations

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

• Proficient in project management tools and software, with the ability to create and interpret detailed project plans

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, and team members

• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
