Job Description:
Plan and organize daily production activities according to the production schedule.
Supervise and lead the production team to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Monitor workflow, allocate manpower, and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and food hygiene standards at all times.
Report production performance, challenges, and progress to management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in food manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and workplace safety practices preferred.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
