Responsibilities:

• Generate sales quotations and handle customer inquiries.
• Support technical queries and proposals occasionally.
• Manage project documentation compilation and submission.
• Coordinate commissioning engineer schedules according to project requirements.
• Manage marketing material inventory (e.g. brochures, product samples).
• Coordinate collaterals required for exhibitions (4-5 times/year).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within inside sales or customer service in the manufacturing industry or handling engineering products.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
