Functions/Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and delivering IT projects for our key accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion. The IT Project Manager will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for key account clients, understanding their IT needs and requirements.

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.

·       Lead project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

·       Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones.

·       Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure timely project delivery.

·       Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

·       Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

·       Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

·       Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes, and methodologies.

·       Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.

Performance Requirements:

·       Proven experience (5-8 years) in IT project management, preferably within a client-facing role.

·       Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

·       Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

·       Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·       Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development lifecycle is desirable.

·       Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and project-related activities.

Education or Qualification:

·       At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

·       Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in IT project management, preferably within a client-facing role.

·       PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
