We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enrolment Specialist to drive the growth of enrichment programme participation across our Busy Bees preschools and extend our reach into external preschools. This role is pivotal in shaping the enrichment experience for children by ensuring higher enrolment levels through strategic engagement, partnership-building, and parent communication.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Enrolment Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute strategies to increase enrolment rates in enrichment programmes within Busy Bees’s preschools.
Identify opportunities to expand outreach to non-Busy Bees preschools and establish enrolment pipelines.
Track enrolment trends, analyse data, and propose initiatives to boost participation.
2. Parent & Centre Engagement
Act as the primary liaison with centres to promote enrichment offerings and address enquiries effectively.
Organise parent information sessions, open houses, and programme showcases to encourage sign-ups.
Partner with preschool leaders, centre heads, teachers, and the internal operations team to align enrichment timetables with parent and centre needs, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination across all stakeholders.
3. Sales & Marketing Support
Work closely with the dedicated Marketing Executive to plan and execute enrolment campaigns, centre-level promotions, and referral initiatives
Collaborate on the creation of marketing collaterals, digital campaigns, and parent communication pieces that drive awareness and sign-ups.
Support the creation of persuasive sales pitches and proposals tailored for non-Busy Bees preschool clients.
4. Relationship & Partnership Management
Build strong working relationships with the preschool leaders (in both Busy Bees and external preschools) to encourage programme adoption.
Work closely with external vendors and trainers to align programme offerings with enrolment objectives.
Represent the organisation at events, education fairs, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility.
5. Operations & Reporting
Monitor enrolment progress and provide regular reports on performance against targets.
Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth registration, billing, and class scheduling processes.
Gather parent and centre feedback to refine enrolment strategies and programme positioning.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
2–4 years of experience in sales, enrolment, or business development, preferably in education/enrichment/early childhood.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage parents and centre leaders confidently.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding enrolment or sales targets.
Highly organised, with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Passion for early childhood education and enrichment programmes.
