Operations Officer (6 months contract) - #1113981

Job Description:

1. Track orders and ensure timely delivery;

2. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases;

3. Updating and maintaining records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices;

4. Prepare reports on purchases;

5. Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled;

6. Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors;

7. Verifying receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered;

8. Preparing and sending invoices to customer;

9. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices;

10. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• O-Level or equivalent

• At least 1 year of work experience in Operations or in related field

• Organized, detailed and deadline oriented

• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

• A team player yet able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and always thinking about how to improve processes

• Proficient in MS Office application
