Mon - Fri : 8.30am - 5.30pm / Alt Sat : 8.30am to 12.30pm
Work Location: Loyang / Transport provided at Tampines MRT
Your Role, Your Influence:
Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouse staff, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Handle customer orders, shipping documents, and gate passes using SAP and internal tracking systems.
Respond to customer inquiries and recommend appropriate shipping methods.
Ensure export documentation is accurate and complies with trade regulations.
Book shipments, monitor delivery status, and resolve any issues to avoid delays.
Assist the shipping executive in improving logistics processes and implementing best practices.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Knowledge and experience in shipping industry is a plus
