E-Commerce Assistant | 6 months contract - #1113923

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support our online business. This is a 6-month contract role with potential for extension or a permanent position. You’ll assist with various day-to-day e-commerce tasks — including product photo shoots, listings management, order processing, and customer service.

No prior e-commerce or photography experience? Training will be provided. We’re looking for someone with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with product photo shoots, including setting up lighting, styling, and capturing basic product images

• Edit and upload product images using basic tools (training provided)

• Upload and update product listings across platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, etc)

• Process and track online orders

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory updates

• Respond to customer inquiries and support basic customer service tasks

• Support promotional campaigns (e.g. updating banners, checking links)

• Maintain organized records and digital asset folders

• Assist on order fulfilment during sales campaign period ie. 9.9, payday sales etc.

What We're Looking For

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic computer skills (Excel, MS Office basic knowledge.)

• Comfortable using a camera or smartphone for product photography

• Good communication skills — both written and verbal

• A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude

• Interest in e-commerce, photography, or content creation is a plus

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience with product photography or basic photo editing e.g. Canva

• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central

• Background in admin, retail, or customer service
