They are seeking passionate change-makers to join their dynamic team and create lasting impact in the community.
Your Mission:
In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of support and guidance for young individuals. You will design and implement engaging developmental programs, provide critical one-on-one mentoring, and build a nurturing environment that fosters resilience, growth, and positive change. This is more than a job—it's a calling to make a tangible difference where it counts most, including during evenings and weekends when young people need you the most.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted mentor and positive role model, providing supportive counseling and guiding youth through personal, social, and academic challenges.
Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of creative and impactful community-based programs, workshops, and group activities aimed at building life skills and positive behaviors.
Work closely with a dedicated multi-disciplinary team to assess needs, develop individualized intervention plans, and provide holistic support to each young person in your care.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including families, schools, and community partners, to create a robust support network for youth.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of services by monitoring progress, documenting case notes, and helping to evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies.
Operational Hours:
This role operates on a *shift schedule** to best serve the needs of the youth.
Shifts include one weekend commitment.
AM Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
PM Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Who We Are Looking For:
A passionate individual with a Diploma/Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Youth Work, or a related field of study.
Previous experience in youth work, social services, counseling, or community development is highly valued. (Title/level will be commensurate with experience.)
