Job Title: Sales Support / Shipping Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Location: Singapore
Contract Duration: Until April 2026

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support / Shipping Assistant to provide maternity cover within our client's company. This role plays a key part in supporting both sales administration and shipping/logistics coordination to ensure smooth business operations and timely delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities 

Sales Support
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparation of quotations, order processing, and sales documentation.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, finance, operations) to track order status and ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, sales trackers, and reporting tools.

  • Support the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and customer communications.

  • Act as a liaison between sales and customers for basic inquiries, ensuring high levels of service.

Shipping & Logistics Support

  • Coordinate shipping arrangements for local and international deliveries, including booking freight, preparing shipping documents, and liaising with freight forwarders.

  • Ensure compliance with export/import regulations, customs requirements, and internal shipping policies.

  • Track shipments, update stakeholders on delivery timelines, and troubleshoot logistics issues.

  • Assist in inventory coordination, goods receipt, and preparation of shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, airway bills).

Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics/shipping.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Meticulous, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
