About the role

As an Estimator at Rhythme Technology Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's growth and ensuring successful project delivery. Your work will involve detailed analysis and effective collaboration with project stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for a range of construction projects, including materials, labour, and subcontractor costs

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential risks and develop appropriate contingency plans

• Collaborate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and other team members to ensure estimates align with project requirements

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing changes, and new construction techniques to optimize cost estimates

What we're looking for

• Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying, or a related Engineering field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and reliable cost estimates

• Fresh graduates are welcome
