About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Architectural Coordinator (Building) to join our team at KTC Civil Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd in the Yishun North Region. As a full-time member of our dynamic organization, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the architectural aspects of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate and manage the architectural design process, ensuring seamless collaboration between various stakeholders

2. Review architectural drawings, specifications, and other design documents for compliance with industry standards and client requirements

3. Liaise with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to resolve design-related issues and ensure timely project delivery

4. Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, ensuring that architectural details are properly executed on-site

5. Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on the status of architectural work

6. Assist in the preparation of architectural submittals, shop drawings, and as-built documentation

7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of architectural coordination

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural coordination, preferably in the construction industry

3. Excellent understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

5. Proficient in the use of CAD software, project management tools, and other architectural design software

6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

7. Detailed-oriented with a keen eye for quality and problem-solving skills
