Corporate Strategy Manager - #1113873

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the leadership team to define, develop, and execute corporate strategies, objectives and initiatives in alignment with ASICS’s overall business goals and objectives.

• Help to oversee projects, driving timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication and coordination between departments.

• Analyze financial data, budgets and forecasts to provide actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

• Monitor and track the success of strategic initiatives.  Implement KPIs and metrics to measure and evaluate business performance. Develop reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas that require attention.

• Identify potential risks and opportunities in the business environment and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

• Identifies opportunities for process improvement, develops recommendations, and converts recommendations into compelling new business plans.

• Conducting primary research on market benchmarks and industry trends.

• Effectively communicate financial and strategic insights to senior management and key stakeholders, providing recommendations for action.

• Execution oriented and enjoys working in fast-paced and dynamic growth environment

• Based in Singapore but willing to travel regionally when required

Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or a related field

• Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning, financial analysis and business management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Project management skills, with capability to manage cross functional teams in multiple geographies that impact the organization.

• Advanced knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modelling
