About the role

MattenPlant Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity specialist to join our team. This full-time role is based in the West Region and will play a crucial part in maintaining and securing our IT infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware

• Oversee the migration and management of the Azure environment

• Administer and support the MS365 environment

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.

• Develop and oversee cybersecurity strategies, policies and controls to mitigate risks and protect against cyber threats

• Monitor, analyse and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities, implementing appropriate remediation measures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems and data are properly secured and accessible

• Research and recommend new technologies, tools and best practices to enhance the organisation's IT security posture

• Provide technical support and training to end-users on IT security practices

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans

• Document IT infrastructure and security processes, and maintain detailed records

• Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments.

• Stay updated with the latest IT and cybersecurity trends and technologies

• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

  
  

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity

• Strong knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments

• Strong technical skills in network administration, server management, cloud computing and security technologies

• Expertise in implementing and maintaining security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, access management, and encryption

• Proficient in scripting and automation tools to streamline IT operations

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, standards and best practices in IT security

• Ability to occasionally travel to regional offices.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
