Our client is an A1 Construction Developer

For either new HDB or new Condominium projects sites

Looking for Candidates with any Previous working experiences in any type of construction sites

Job Scope Outline :

Oversees construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to project requirements. 

Managing daily operations: Overseeing all aspects of a construction project, including monitoring progress and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

Enforcing safety protocols: Ensuring that all staff and members at the construction site strictly observe and follow safety protocols to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

Supervising workers: Managing the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers, ensuring that the quality of work meets acceptable standards.

Identifying and mitigating risks: Identifying and addressing any risks or issues that arise during the course of the project.

Note :

*Salary will depends on candidate qualifications and experiences
