As an Operations Manager (Community), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee and streamline daily organisation to ensure optimal resource utilization and high-quality service delivery.
Be part of a multi-disciplinary team that will work closely with the HODs and key stakeholders to plan, develop and implement new care models and services.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational systems, processes, and overall efficiency.
Manage and mentor staff, cultivating a culture focused on professional development and continuous learning.
Collaborate with various departments to execute strategic business initiatives .
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess a Degree in any related fields or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare operations management, focusing on linen, laundry, food, or patient management services.
