As an Operations Manager (Community), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee and streamline daily organisation to ensure optimal resource utilization and high-quality service delivery.

• Be part of a multi-disciplinary team that will work closely with the HODs and key stakeholders to plan, develop and implement new care models and services.

• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational systems, processes, and overall efficiency.

• Manage and mentor staff, cultivating a culture focused on professional development and continuous learning.

• Collaborate with various departments to execute strategic business initiatives .

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in any related fields or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare operations management, focusing on linen, laundry, food, or patient management services.
